Please use the following format when naming your elecronic timesheets

siteName_yourName_Timesheet_WeekEnding_yyyy-mm-dd_hrs.pdf
eg DCD_JohnSmith_Timesheet_WeekEnding_2007-11-04_39.75.pdf
